Refund policy
Refunds will not be issued in most cases. There are certain criteria that may allow for a refund or replacement. Please see below:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A replacement or refund can be agreed via our chat on our website or by email.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Scarves may only be refunded if you have received the wrong order. Replacements are the preferred way to go with you being allowed to keep the original scarf free of charge. You will not have to pay extra for your replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not permitted. Please be sure to purchase the right scarf(ves) beforehand. For wrong items sent, please look at the previous paragraph
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
